This engine will replace 6.2L marine engines used in Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, OMC, Crusader, Indmar and other inboard marine applications between the years 1996-present. YES! you can re-power your 5.0L or 5.7L with a 6.2L ! just ask us how. This is a perfect replacement for those engines that have suffered from freeze damage or any other type of engine failure.
